Emits a focusExit event when keyboard focus leaves an element and all of its descendants.

Note: in some browsers (e.g. Safari), clicking buttons, checkboxes, and radios does not move keyboard focus.

Tab between elements. The widget border highlights while focus is inside; focusExit fires when focus moves out.
